Studio H is the home base for Kelly Burgos Harper Communications
and Vocal Coaching. After running her business from home for three years,
Kelly knew that business leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives like herself
have a need for small, private, gathering places and she is excited to share
her studio with others in the community.

GENERAL rental:

HOURLY RATE

In this option you will be provided the space at an hourly rate and will be responsible for your own marketing and advertising. Ideal for meetings, classes,
trainings, and presentations.

CO-HOSTED EVENT

30/70 SPLIT

If this option makes sense for you and our Studio, we will work with you to create buzz and help market your event. 30% of revenue will go to the Studio and the rest is all yours. Ideal for events and workshops.

> Co-hosted facebook event (if applicable) & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
